Founded in 1980 by Craig Middleton, incorporated in 1987. Craig started his career with a genuine focus on people and an unmatched work ethic. Relying on those principles, Craig methodically grew Wallboard Specialties, Inc from a small residential drywall contractor to a thriving commercial wall and ceiling specialty contractor.
In 2016, Craig handed the reins over to his sons, Jon and Mike Middleton. Since that day, Wallboard Specialties, Inc has continued to grow, while carefully minding its founding principles of People and Work Ethic. These core principles continue to allow Wallboard Specialties, Inc the privilege of being a part of incredible projects with diverse teams, in every sector of the construction industry.
We recognize that the value of a cohesive team of customers, tradespeople, managers and vendors are far greater than their sum. From its inception, Wallboard Specialties, Inc has targeted it projects using people as its number one indicator. Recognizing that with the right people, even the most challenging projects can be completed successfully.
